This is a subscription product which means you will receive the 5mm Add On washi every month!
The add on ranges from 3 to 4 5mm washi tapes in coordinating subscription box colors every month! Designs will vary from month to month.
How to add the 'add on' washi set to your subscription!
NEW simply gilded subscription box subscribers:
If you are a NEW subscriber, please add this product to your cart when checking out with your subscription box! If you do not do this, you will not be eligible to purchase the add on this month.
Pre-existing simply gilded subscription box subscribers:
If you are a RECURRING subscriber, please go to your customer portal and click 'add product' to your existing subscription. Choose the 5mm washi tape subscription box add on (recurring) product. You will be billed for the subscription + the add on the normal charge date - the 17th of the month. You have until the 16th to add the product to your subscription. Once this date passes, if you add the product to your subscription (and if you already have been billed), the 5mm add on will apply to your next subscription box.
Subscription Policy / Terms & Conditions
Please note you are signing up for a **subscription service** which means billing will occur automatically every month. For new box subscribers, the add on will be charged with the subscription box on the day ordered. All future billing will occur on the 17th of every month and the box PLUS add on will ship around the last week of every month. In the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by simply gilded after the expiration date of your payment card.
Cancellation of same month subscription add on will be allowed up to 11:59pm CT on the 14th of the month. Any cancellations after this date will not be processed and will apply to the next billing cycle (next month). To cancel your 5mm subscription, please email email@example.com (*CA residenets may cancel their subscription at any time via their customer portal)
The Add on and subscription boxes are not guaranteed for subscribers who have late/delayed payments. If you are having an issue with your payment after the 17th, please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for assistance.
All customers are responsible for their own address updates and changes. However, if you change your address AFTER the 17th of the month when orders are created OR after your initial payment and order placement, you MUST contact customer support before shipping begins to ensure change has been made. Simply gilded is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if customer does not notify customer support. Address changes after order placement are never guaranteed. If payment cannot be obtained, the subscription box and/or add ons will not ship and will not be reserved for subscriber if no response or update in payment after 3 attempts.
