Returns and exchanges
We hope you love the simply gilded products! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to make things right. Please note, for all returns/refunds, shipping will be deducted from the refunded price.
Please make sure you double check your delivery address on file before checking out. For orders that are shipped and returned in original condition due to incorrect address entry by customer, a reshipment option will be available at customer's expense if items are still in stock.
We are currently not offering exchanges.
Please note all Warehouse Closeout Sales are FINAL SALE. No refunds/exchanges will be issued for these purchases.
If you have any other issues with your order, please contact us at hello@simplygilded.com for resolution within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
Note - simply gilded reserves the right to refuse a refund, although I will try my best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of orders and box subscription.
