Refund policy

I hope you love the products that I have lovingly designed! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will do my best to make things right. Please note, for all returns/refunds, shipping will be deducted from the refunded price. We are currently not offering exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return.

Note - simply gilded reserves the right to refuse a refund, although we will try our best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition.
