The simply gilded box is a stationery lover's dream - This monthly box delivers beauty & delight and is brimming with a number of unique and exclusive products!  Many products are lovingly designed by Irene herself from the packaging to every last detail.  

Every month, the contents will change depending on the monthly theme.

FIRST box will be charged the day you place the order.  FUTURE boxes will be billed on the 17th of every month

The box is anticipated to begin processing the last week of the month (box may ship earlier this month) 

Domestic shipping is an additional $9.00 (Priority mail) 

Canadian shipping is an additional $14.00

International shipping is an additional $18.00


Subscription Policy / Terms & Conditions

Please note you are signing up for a  **subscription service**  which means billing will occur automatically every month.  FIRST box will be charged the day placed.  All future billing will occur on the 17th of every month and the kits will ship around the last week of every month.  In the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.

By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by simply gilded after the expiration date of your payment card.

Cancellation of same month subscription will be allowed up to 11:59pm CT on the 14th of the month.  Any cancellations after this date will not be processed and will apply to the next billing cycle (next month).  Cancellations of over 3 times in one calendar year will result in inability to purchase future subscription boxes and cancellation of any subsequent box orders by customer.  To cancel, please email  

Standalone boxes (if available) will be charged at the rate of $40 + shipping and handling.  If you purchase at the lower subscription rate for the first time and then cancel after receiving, please note the higher rate will be applied to your box.  Cancellation after 2 consecutive months will not incur higher fee. (no penalty if cancelled after 2 consecutive months)  **note CA residents have the option to cancel at any time via their customer portal.   Note - for multiple box subscriptions, each individual subscription must fulfill the 2 month minimum commitment in order to qualify for the lower subscription rate.  

Boxes are not guaranteed for subscribers who have late/delayed payments.  If you are having an issue with your payment after the 17th, please contact support at immediately for assistance.  

All customers are responsible for their own address updates and changes. However, if you change your address AFTER the 17th of the month when orders are created OR after your initial payment and order placement, you MUST contact customer support before shipping begins to ensure change has been made.  Simply gilded is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if customer does not notify customer support.  Address changes after order placement are never guaranteed.  However, we will do our best to try to help depending on order status.  (

Subscription Box FAQs

What’s in a typical Simply Gilded Subscription Box?

Every box comes complete with 3-5 completely unique hand-designed washi tapes in various sizes,  gorgeous sticker sheets exclusively designed by simply gilded, one-of-a-kind journaling card, and a "surprise" item (or two!) that will vary each month. These can include washi cards, unique sticky notes, pen, etc.

What’s are the differences between the subscription box options?

The full box to contain all of the various items with the option of an additional 5mm washi kit.  A La Carte boxes offer your choice of the exclusive monthly editions of simply gilded washi or stickers, without any of the other stationery goodies.

When will I be charged?

You will be billed for your first subscription the date you place the order.  All future subscriptions will be billed on the 17th of each month.  

If payment is not received by the 23rd of the month, your subscription for the month is not guaranteed and reserved.  Please make sure any payment issues are resolved by this date.  Please note that any major changes to Paypal including switching Paypal accounts or switching from Paypal to a credit card will require a manual update.  (You may switch your default cards within Paypal at anytime - this does not require action on our part)  --  If you need assistance with extending your payment window or updating payment, please email us at 

When will my Subscription ship?

The subscriptions for the same month will ship around the the last week of each month.  They may ship earlier depending on various factors.  However, if there is any delay in shipment, subscribers will all be notified in advance via the email attached to the subscriber's account.

If you subscribe before the 14th of the month for a 'previous month' subscription, your order will normally take around one week to process and ship.  

How much is shipping?

For the full subscription box:

Shipping & handling domestically is a flat $9 (Priority USPS), Canadian shipping is $14, and international shipping is $18 - please select this correct corresponding shipping rate during checkout.  

For the Washi and Sticker Only subscriptions:

Shipping & handling domestically is a flat $4, Canadian shipping is $9, and international shipping is $12 (tracked)

How can I change my address?

If you are a recurring subscriber you are able to update your address by accessing your subscription dashboard under your account (account details >> manage subscriptions) From here, update the address associated with your subscription. Important note - you are ONLY able to change your address via this method before the 16th of the month.  If your card has been charged and/or it is after the 16th of the month, please contact customer service at

 If you need to change your address after initial enrollment or if you need to update your address after the 17th of the month, please contact customer service immediately at

Please note - if you are changing your address from domestic to international or vice versa, please let us know immediately at so we can adjust your shipping to reflect your new location!

How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription up until 11:59pm CT on the 14th of the month (3 days before payment is charged).  After this point, your order will ship as scheduled and any cancellations will apply to the following month.  To cancel, please email your wish to cancel along with your name on the account and most recent order number to -- I kindly ask that you do not cancel via Paypal billing agreement as I am unable to reactivate your account and you will have to wait to re-enroll again if this is a mistake! 

For all subscriptions* - if you cancel after one month, you will be charged the $40 rate for standalone boxes. However, if you have gone at least 2 consecutive months without cancelling, you will be able to cancel penalty free before the 14th of the month.  Note - for multiple box subscriptions, each individual subscription must fulfill the 2 month minimum commitment in order to qualify for the lower subscription rate.

What is changing about the subscription box in 2021?

Starting January 15th, the box will cost $30 monthly for all subscribers present, and future. The add on subscription will still be available for an additional $6 per month.

For Domestic / USA subscribers, shipping for all boxes will be upgraded to USPS priority mail which will be a flat rate of $9. This rate will enable us to provide more deluxe items in each box and hopefully ensure a faster delivery to you every month!

For California subscribers - we are now required to collect and remit sales tax in your state.  The sales tax will be reflected in your next billing cycle (if currently subscribed) on the 17th or will be collected at checkout for new subscribers.  

For International Customers - Shipping costs will remain the same and will ship USPS International First Class. For customers in the UK, a flat VAT tax will automatically be added to the price of your subscription.

When will the Washi Only and Sticker Only subscriptions be available?

Starting in this month - January 2021 on the 15th!

What is in the Washi Only Subscription?

The Washi Only Subscription contains all the washi from the featured simply gilded box of the month - including the 5mm washi add on! A journaling card is included.

What is in the Sticker Only Subscription?

The Sticker Only subscription is the same prepackaged kit that comes in the full simply gilded box. It contains 2 large sheets of full boxes, headers, deco, and icons, 1 mini sheet of quarter boxes, full boxes, and checklists, 1 sheet of seals, and 1 sheet each of icons and date dots. A journaling card is included.

Can I purchase an additional sticker kit with my box?

Yes! If you are already subscribed to the box, you will need to contact our customer service team at for assistance. You will not be charged additional shipping as it will ship with your box. If you are signing up for the first time, you need only add the subscription box and the sticker only subscription to your cart at the same time while checking out.

Can I purchase more than one sticker only subscription at once?

Yes! You may purchase up to 5 sticker kit only subscriptions at once (no additional shipping cost)

Simply Gorgeous!
